We are delighted to be hiring two new posts from September! We are looking for a Freelance musician to join our Tune Room Project and for a Trainee to join us on a Wednesday and Thursday.

TuneRoom is a creative, supportive and exciting space for young people aged 10 – 16 living in the Gorbals, Glasgow. We meet on Thursday afternoons to learn how to create, perform, record and publish our own music (covers or originals), explore new ways of being musical and deepen their understanding of their creative selves.

Our Trainee will also be supporting our Tune Room project on a Thursday as well as multiple singing and guitar groups on a Wednesday.

If you believe that music can bring positive changes to people’s lives, you like working with a team and are keen to learn more about Community Music – either our Freelance position or Traineeship might be for you!

At Givin’ it Laldie we would like our team to more fully represent the diverse community we work in, and so we particularly welcome applications from Black and POC candidates, people from a working class background, and those with care experience.
